Elks Lodge #1371 in Bend is looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Club Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, events, and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role in a welcoming community-focused environment.
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site – Bend, OR
Schedule: Includes evenings and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Club facility
• Oversee bar/kitchen staff and other team members
• Coordinate member events, private rentals, and Lodge functions
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and readiness
• Handle supply orders, vendor communication, and maintenance needs
• Support the Board of Trustees and Exalted Ruler with administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional service to members and guests

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in hospitality, club, or facility management, & bookkeeping
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Knowledge of budgeting and scheduling
• Must be able to work evenings/weekends when needed
• OLCC Server and Oregon Food Handler cards (or ability to obtain)
• Must be, or be able to become, Oregon Lottery certified
